Booking Deposit
Holding Deposit of 30% is required at the time of the booking.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property and that property has been cleaned to the same standard as it was when you moved in. This will be noted on an inventory or check in report.
Departure cleaning
We can offer custom end-of-stay cleaning at an affordable price of EUR 50. Should you require the cleaning services on the day of your departure, please make sure you pay for the service in advance at the booking stage.
